The 2022 class reunion campaigns have wrapped up, and we’ve tallied the results!
438 members of the Class of 1972 gave gifts and pledges to support undergraduate education, financial aid, groundbreaking research, and so much more.
We can’t thank you enough for your generosity and commitment. Your gift is supporting those who are learning, researching, and helping Stanford drive positive change in the world.

Why I gave
My experience at Stanford was life-changing. Stanford opened up incredible opportunities for me and fostered so many enduring relationships. This is my opportunity to give back and help support Stanford’s global leadership.
Larry Leisure, ’72
Stanford made it possible for me to have a meaningful career, make great friends, and become a mentor and leader. Because of the generosity of alumni, I received a scholarship, loans, and a work-study job that helped finance my education. I’ll take an opportunity to give back.
Michael Jackson, ’72
