Stanford Interdisciplinary Graduate Fellowships

Endowed funding is sought to allow up to 100 of the most promising young interdisciplinary scholars at Stanford to pursue vital research across departmental boundaries.

School-Based Graduate Fellowships

Fellowships are key to our ability to offer the support needed to attract the most talented graduate students, including a broader pool of international applicants and other students who bring diverse perspectives and experience to the classroom.

Professorships

Endowed professorships are the highest honor the university can bestow upon its most distinguished faculty. They also enable us to offer competitive packages when recruiting scholars who are in high demand around the country and the world.

Donors may establish professorships in their own names or in the names of others whom they wish to honor, and the chair will exist in perpetuity. Income from the endowed gift pays the faculty member's salary and associated costs.
